Return Process

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original bags.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
